Founding Customer Support Engineer (United States Remote)

Lead technical customer support for Blee’s AI marketing compliance platform as its founding support engineer. Develop the tooling, documentation, automation, and customer-facing processes that scale support.

Descriere

  • Serve as the first responder for the support queue across all inbound channels, owning response and resolution timelines.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues by reproducing failures, analyzing logs, configuration, and integrations, and either fixing them or providing Engineering with a clear, reproducible report.
  • Help customers understand AI checks, rulesets, and configuration impacts, turning support discussions into configuration updates or product requests.
  • Create and maintain self-service resources, including a help center, FAQs, troubleshooting documentation, and brief video walkthroughs.
  • Reduce repetitive work through macros, triage and routing rules, documentation-based AI agents, and in-product guidance.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on well-documented issues, including reproduction steps and cross-account impact, and advocate for durable fixes.
  • Develop internal runbooks, escalation procedures, and enablement materials for Customer Success and Implementation.
  • Establish support severity definitions, coverage expectations, response targets, and the support tooling stack.
  • Report to the Head of Customer Success while working closely with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Implementation.
  • Support customers across legal, compliance, and marketing functions.

Cerințe

  • Bring 3–6 years of experience in technical support, support engineering, solutions engineering, technical operations, or a similar B2B SaaS role where you built customer-facing tools and processes.
  • Showcase something you created—such as a knowledge base, automation, internal tool, or AI workflow—that measurably reduced manual work.
  • Have practical experience with AI tools and a clear perspective on where they are useful and where they are not.
  • Debug independently by reviewing logs, calling APIs, tracing integrations, and writing queries.
  • Provide writing and video samples, such as documentation, guides, or walkthroughs you created.
  • Experience in a regulated or compliance-related field, or in marketing operations, is advantageous.
  • For US-based roles, be authorized to work for any employer.
