Customer Success Manager - Enterprise Payments, Germany Remote

Manage and expand strategic enterprise accounts for Enfuce’s cloud-native payments platform. Lead retention, growth, executive relationships, and measurable customer outcomes.

Descriere

  • Build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with key clients
  • Connect customer objectives to Enfuce solutions to support revenue growth, retention, and shared success
  • Serve as the primary commercial advisor and contact for executive stakeholders
  • Offer strategic direction, manage escalations, and represent customer priorities internally
  • Find and deliver upselling, cross-selling, and solution adoption opportunities
  • Run quarterly and executive business reviews focused on KPIs, ROI, and future growth areas
  • Track customer health indicators and take proactive steps to reduce risk
  • Work with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Finance to achieve customer outcomes
  • Present Enfuce’s embedded finance and payments capabilities in strategic customer discussions
  • Advocate for customer feedback and help improve products and services
  • Support the development of Customer Success processes and operational practices
  • Coach colleagues and share effective team practices

Cerințe

  • At least five years of experience as a Senior CSM, Key Account Manager, or comparable client-facing professional in payments, fintech, or financial services
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow complex, high-value enterprise accounts across multiple stakeholders and business units
  • Commercial acumen with a record of generating revenue through upselling, expansion, and strategic account development
  • Experience working with C-level stakeholders in enterprise customer environments
  • Working knowledge of financial regulations, compliance obligations, and offerings across BaaS, embedded finance, or issuer and processor environments
  • Strong capabilities in data-led decision-making, communication, planning, and prioritisation
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-moving environment
  • Capacity to lead collaboration across Sales, Legal, Product, and Technical Delivery
  • Strong commitment to customer advocacy and long-term customer success
  • Fluent English is required
  • Experience serving banks, fleet and mobility, or employee benefits customers is advantageous
  • Additional European language skills are a plus
