Descriere

  • Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Provide practical solutions that meet customers’ needs
  • Uphold strong service standards and identify ways to improve the customer experience
  • Handle complaints and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement across the contact centre
  • Refine processes and workflows to support efficient service delivery

Cerințe

  • Previous contact-centre experience is not required, but a strong understanding of excellent customer service is essential
