Descriere

  • Qualify and manage inbound inquiries from partners and new SMB and enterprise customers.
  • Lead introductory calls and process discovery workshops, then prepare and deliver tailored Odoo presentations.
  • Own the sales cycle from initial inquiry and strategic planning through contract close.
  • Run professional meetings remotely.
  • Represent the company at customer visits, on site or at company locations.
  • Create and present customer specific workshops and materials.
  • Support and mentor junior solution staff.

Cerințe

  • Degree in business information systems, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least four years of experience in ERP sales and selling complex software solutions.
  • A results-focused approach and strong initiative.
  • Proactive problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative mindset, an active network, and enthusiasm for innovation.
  • Business-fluent German and English, at least C1 level.
