Descriere

  • Lead an initial portfolio of five SHK trade businesses, expanding to as many as twelve over time.
  • Plan budgets and ensure each business meets its targets.
  • Address performance gaps early with corrective measures.
  • Improve business processes, KPI frameworks and digitalization.
  • Manage one or two project managers in each region.
  • Advise and support local managing directors.
  • Work respectfully with established teams and structures.
  • Represent the group to regional network partners.
  • Build collaboration through shared capacity, tenders, larger projects and proven practices.
  • Report directly to the Chairman of the Executive Board.

Cerințe

  • Several years of leadership experience with overall responsibility for a sales organization or region and its targets.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and forecasts.
  • Understanding of annual target drivers and ways to close performance gaps.
  • Practical experience serving SHK trades as a customer segment, with responsibility for the relationship.
  • Understanding of what motivates and wins over an SHK master-trades business.
  • Primary residence in either the northern or southern region.
  • Willingness to be present at the businesses.
  • Commercial training or a business administration degree is preferred but not required.
  • Multi-site management experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in service and maintenance operations is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of SHK/HVAC and technical building services (TGA) is helpful but not required.
  • Strong leadership skills and accountability for results.
