Bilingual Field Interviewer, English and Spanish
Conduct confidential video and in-person surveys for Vital Research’s evaluation of Arizona state-supported services. Responsibilities include participant outreach, scheduling, data collection, and accurate response recording.
Descriere
- Reach out to listed participants to schedule and complete surveys
- Conduct confidential surveys by video or in person, according to each participant’s preference
- Complete an average of one survey per day or five per week
- Use company-provided technology and follow established procedures
- Record participant responses accurately and protect their confidentiality
- Communicate with participants in a professional, respectful manner
- Show empathy and cultural awareness when interacting with participants
- Keep the research team informed of project questions and updates
- Use the provided translation service when needed
- Set your schedule and complete assignments within project expectations
Cerințe
- Speak English and Spanish fluently and conduct interviews in both languages
- Have experience conducting interviews, surveys, or research
- Have experience supporting older adults, people with disabilities, or other underserved groups through social services, community outreach, or related work
- Communicate clearly and build trust and rapport
- Be comfortable interviewing participants by video and in person
- Be organized and attentive to detail
- Be comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and digital tools
- Work independently and manage time effectively
- Have reliable transportation and access to a personal vehicle for in-person interviews
- Follow project procedures and deadlines
- Commit to completing at least five surveys per week
