Apraksts

  • Deliver high-quality customer support through relevant communication channels
  • Assess customer needs, investigate existing issues, and provide clear, tailored solutions
  • Drive first-contact resolution and coordinate follow-up with service partners and internal teams through case closure
  • Share actionable feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and customer experience
  • Follow established procedures while delivering service that supports high customer satisfaction
  • Develop lasting customer relationships through proactive and attentive support
  • Complete other management-assigned duties within the employment category and help implement, maintain, and continually improve TDCX’s Quality Management System

Prasības

  • Diploma or higher qualification, including an Advanced or Higher Diploma, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s, Postgraduate, Professional, or Master’s Degree in any field
  • Around two years of relevant experience is preferred, while fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong time-management skills and the drive to exceed expectations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use customer information to tailor responses and actions
  • Strong communication abilities, including active listening, empathy, and professional phone etiquette across pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation
  • Comfort working with computers and multiple systems, with the adaptability to learn new tools
  • Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language of the supported market
