  • Win international customers and project partners for ground-mounted photovoltaic systems, solar parks, and technical mounting solutions.
  • Build lasting relationships with project developers, EPCs, investors, planners, and other market stakeholders.
  • Grow existing accounts and enter new target markets systematically.
  • Lead technical and commercial customer meetings, presentations, quotation negotiations, and closing discussions.
  • Track market conditions, competitors, pricing trends, and project pipelines.
  • Coordinate with technical, engineering, costing, project management, production, and executive teams.
  • Use customer and market insights to help shape the business area’s strategy.
  • Represent the company to international customers and at trade fairs and industry events.
  • Establish the company as a capable systems partner for demanding ground-mounted solar projects.
  • Grow international business and win additional market share.

Prasības

  • Bring several years of successful technical B2B sales experience, ideally in PV mounting systems, solar parks, renewable energy, steel or metal construction, technical infrastructure, construction products, or industrial project sales.
  • Have managed complex sales processes involving project developers, EPCs, investors, technical decision-makers, or major industrial customers.
  • Explain technical products persuasively, including their quality, cost-effectiveness, delivery capability, ease of installation, and contribution to project security.
  • Show a strong ability to win new customers and enthusiasm for developing markets hands-on.
  • Present yourself professionally and credibly to managing directors, procurement managers, technical decision-makers, and international contacts.
  • Speak German and English fluently and negotiate confidently in both languages.
  • Work in a structured, self-directed way and bring an international outlook.
  • Be willing to travel and regularly visit relevant company and production sites.
  • Additional language skills, especially French, Spanish, or Italian, are an advantage.
