„Twilio“ teikia debesijos ryšio infrastruktūrą, padedančią kūrėjams ir įmonėms kurti klientų įtraukimo funkcijas tiesiogiai savo programose. Jos API palaiko balso ryšį, tekstines žinutes, pokalbius, vaizdo ryšį ir el. paštą, todėl organizacijos gali naudotis keliais komunikacijos kanalais per programinę įrangą, o ne atskiras sistemas. 2008 m. įkurta „Twilio“ veikia API ir B2B technologijų sektoriuose, turi pasaulinį veiklos mastą ir joje dirba maždaug 5 001–10 000 darbuotojų. Įmonės karjeros profilis aktualus kandidatams, besidomintiems kūrėjų platformomis, ryšių technologijomis ir įmonių programine įranga.
