Customer Service Representative (English) - Worldwide Remote
Provide remote customer support to PrimeXBT’s forex and crypto clients through email, live chat, and phone. Diagnose issues, document recurring problems, and help strengthen the customer experience.

- Handle customer questions promptly through email, live chat, and phone
- Partner with other departments to resolve complex cases and escalate issues when needed
- Follow up with customers to confirm their concerns have been resolved
- Use appropriate diagnostic methods to troubleshoot customer issues
- Document recurring problems to support improvements to internal processes
- Create FAQ content, user guides, and tutorials
- Advise existing and prospective clients about additional products and services
- Spot and implement measures that enhance the overall customer experience
Талаптар
- Background in fintech, particularly forex or cryptocurrency
- At least one year of experience in online customer support
- Strong written and spoken English
- Effective interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capacity to handle and navigate high-pressure situations
- Hands-on experience with customer service software, tools, and databases
- Availability for 2/2 or 4 a.m.–4 p.m. GMT shifts
- Submit a CV written in English
