Service Desk Analyst, Professional Services – London Hybrid

Join Wanstor as a Service Desk Analyst supporting customers through managed IT services. The hybrid role covers incident resolution, Microsoft 365 administration, Azure and Active Directory management, and Windows device deployment.

Description

  • Handle clients’ technical issues through phone and email
  • Assess, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, escalating complex cases to senior colleagues when required
  • Record support calls using service desk platforms and ITIL-based procedures
  • Work toward customer service levels above 90%, strong first-call resolution, and company KPIs
  • Build positive customer relationships, including attending client sites across Greater London
  • Administer user accounts and assign Microsoft 365 licenses
  • Manage Active Directory and Azure services, including user creation and permission changes
  • Use MDM, remote-access, and chat platforms to resolve user requests
  • Deploy PCs using Windows Autopilot and Intune
  • Configure and prepare Windows PCs and laptops

Requirements

  • Previous first-line IT support experience
  • Working knowledge of ITIL and incident, problem, and change management
  • Experience taking ownership of stakeholders and projects
  • Commitment to delivering proactive, high-quality customer service
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently
  • Positive, energetic approach
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
