Description

  • Respond to insured and carrier questions and resolve issues by phone, mail, and email
  • Investigate or refer inquiries about coverage, claims, costs, and billing
  • Support efforts to retain existing business
  • Deliver customer service to clients by telephone
  • Document customer interactions in service history notes
  • Handle client requests submitted by mail, fax, and email
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the administration system
  • Process and review new business and policy transactions
  • Correct errors in company records
  • Send required forms and route completed documents for processing

Requirements

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to clients by phone
  • Keep detailed and accurate service history notes covering calls, policy changes, benefits changes, and related updates
  • Help process client requests received by mail, fax, and email
  • Update and maintain client records in the administration system
  • Process and review new business and policy transactions
  • Identify and correct errors in company records
  • Mail required forms and route completed documents for processing
