Professional Liability Customer Service Representative (Illinois Remote)
Support insureds and carriers with professional liability coverage, claims, costs, and billing questions. Process policy transactions, manage customer records, and handle client requests for One80 Intermediaries.

- Respond to insured and carrier questions and resolve issues by phone, mail, and email
- Investigate or refer inquiries about coverage, claims, costs, and billing
- Support efforts to retain existing business
- Deliver customer service to clients by telephone
- Document customer interactions in service history notes
- Handle client requests submitted by mail, fax, and email
- Maintain accurate customer records in the administration system
- Process and review new business and policy transactions
- Correct errors in company records
- Send required forms and route completed documents for processing
