French-English Bilingual Customer Service Representative — Texas Remote

Provide bilingual customer support for auto loan and lease insurance issues, helping customers resolve documentation, coverage, cancellation, and payment concerns remotely in Texas. TEKsystems supports the operation through its technology and talent services.

Description

  • Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Investigate and resolve insurance issues involving missing documents, canceled policies, coverage discrepancies, and payment questions
  • Work with insurance providers to confirm policy details and secure required documentation
  • Clarify insurance requirements and explain the next steps to customers
  • Record customer contacts, resolutions, and updates in internal systems
  • Deliver professional scripted messages when customers or insurance representatives cannot be reached
  • Apply required procedures, compliance standards, and quality expectations
  • Achieve established productivity, attendance, and performance targets
  • Provide a consistently positive and professional customer experience
  • Complete classroom training, systems instruction, job shadowing, supervised calls, and continuing coaching

Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Background in call centers, retail, hospitality or restaurants, office support, data entry, or other customer-facing work
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to spend most of the workday on the phone
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Positive attitude and professional telephone manner
  • Consistent work history
  • Successful completion of a training assessment
  • Previous call center experience is preferred
  • Experience managing high call volumes is preferred
  • Customer support or customer service experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM or web-based systems is preferred
  • Financial services or insurance experience is preferred
  • Experience using scripts and working with performance metrics is preferred
