Field Experience Specialist, Colorado Remote

Support Allegion’s security-product customers remotely by resolving order and account issues, managing service requests, and strengthening customer relationships. Partner with internal teams across the United States to improve service processes and customer experience.

Description

  • Deliver enhanced service to Allegion customers within an assigned territory
  • Answer customer inquiries within the required 24-hour SLA
  • Apply strong product and process knowledge to customer needs
  • Support shared phone and email queues as needed
  • Work with sales and other internal teams to achieve customer objectives
  • Track customer activity, identify trends, and recommend experience improvements
  • Resolve questions involving products, pricing, fulfillment, customer programs, and company policies
  • Handle returns, replacements, account credit adjustments, warranty and labor requests, DRD, territory email, and document requests in business systems and the corporate CRM
  • Strengthen customer relationships through regular interactions and account visits
  • Join client visits and meetings to review account performance, collect feedback, and plan next steps
  • Share recommendations that support ongoing organizational improvement
  • Lead by example within the department to achieve performance goals
  • Provide tailored guidance and expertise to improve customer satisfaction
  • Complete other assigned responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of related experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Employment visa sponsorship is not available
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to understand customer needs
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
  • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems in a complex environment
  • Customer-centered judgment that balances customer value with business objectives
  • Strong organization and the ability to execute strategic plans
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, lead virtual teams, secure cooperation, and drive accountability
  • Availability to work primarily during Central and Pacific Time Zone hours
  • Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
