Customer Support Specialist - Sydney (Hybrid)

Support customers using HSI’s Solv health and safety management platform. Resolve issues, guide users, and deliver training across multiple support channels.

Description

  • Handle a high volume of customer cases through an online support system, providing accurate and timely responses
  • Deliver practical, professional, and customer-focused assistance across multiple communication channels
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, performing testing and analysis when needed
  • Own support cases from initial investigation through resolution while maintaining regular communication with customers
  • Escalate complex issues and work with internal teams to reach effective resolutions
  • Record customer interactions, investigation results, and resolutions accurately in support systems
  • Help customers use platform features and functionality effectively
  • Lead customer training sessions, including webinars
  • Track recurring issues, customer feedback, and potential product improvements, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders
  • Uphold service levels and quality standards while following company security, privacy, and data protection requirements
  • Contribute to team initiatives, testing, process improvements, and other operational projects as needed

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer support role, preferably within a SaaS environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the flexibility to tailor messages to different audiences
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical abilities
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and practically to both technical and non-technical users
  • Experience using support and case management tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or comparable systems
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new systems, technologies, and processes quickly
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and workloads
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality service and positive outcomes
  • Knowledge of Workers Compensation, Occupational Health & Safety, Injury Management, or related fields is advantageous
