Customer Success Manager — United States Remote

Lead post-sale relationships for eCommerce customers using Linnworks’ automation platform, with a focus on adoption, retention, and growth. Manage account health, value realization, customer outcomes, and cross-functional issue resolution.

Description

  • Manage post-sale relationships across an assigned customer portfolio
  • Develop trusted customer partnerships by understanding their goals, needs, and operational challenges
  • Guide customers in adopting and using Linnworks to achieve measurable business results
  • Act as the primary customer contact throughout the full lifecycle
  • Assess account health, surface risks and opportunities, and coordinate with internal partners
  • Lead recurring check-ins, business reviews, and account health assessments
  • Create success plans centered on adoption, business outcomes, and realized value
  • Show customers how Linnworks capabilities can improve their operations
  • Evaluate customer health, engagement, and platform usage
  • Maintain accurate records of customer goals, actions, risks, and outcomes
  • Recognize churn and dissatisfaction signals and create retention and renewal action plans
  • Spot expansion and cross-selling opportunities within the customer base
  • Demonstrate the value and return on investment customers receive from Linnworks
  • Represent customer needs internally and relay feedback to the Product team
  • Partner with Support and Engineering to resolve customer issues
  • Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Implementation, Product, and Support
  • Guide customer communication during challenges and escalations through to resolution

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS or technology company
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a customer portfolio across the post-sale lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS Customer Success practices, including adoption, account health, retention, renewals, and value realization
  • Ability to establish effective relationships with several stakeholders at each customer
  • Experience leading customer reviews and value-oriented customer discussions
  • Ability to assess business challenges and connect them with technology solutions
  • Strong problem-solving ability when resolving issues that involve multiple internal teams
  • Experience applying AI tools and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and improve workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to balance multiple customer priorities
  • Collaborative experience partnering across Sales, Product, Support, and other customer-facing functions
  • Proactive approach grounded in customer needs
  • Experience in eCommerce, retail technology, logistics, ERP, order management, inventory management, or another complex SaaS setting is preferred
  • Experience supporting business-critical or operational software is preferred
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, or the wider eCommerce technology landscape is preferred
  • Experience finding expansion opportunities within an existing customer base is preferred
