Customer Success Manager - Dispatch SaaS | Aspire Software (Remote, United States)

Manage retention, renewals, and expansion across enterprise accounts using Dispatch’s field-service SaaS platform. Build executive relationships, lead customer outcomes, and grow product adoption.

Description

  • Manage strategic relationships with Dispatch enterprise customers and their service provider networks
  • Take responsibility for gross and net retention across an enterprise account portfolio
  • Keep renewals on schedule and assess account health using adoption, usage, program results, and stakeholder feedback
  • Create and deliver account plans aligned with each customer’s business objectives
  • Act as the escalation lead for critical issues and coordinate their resolution across internal teams
  • Cultivate relationships with end users, champions, executive sponsors, and purchasing decision makers
  • Run Executive Business Reviews centered on measurable customer outcomes
  • Build a network of customer references, referrals, and advocates
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer operations, business models, competitive context, and strategic priorities
  • Identify operational problems and recommend improvements to workflows, processes, and field service operations
  • Create and present value and ROI cases tied to customer KPIs
  • Channel customer insights to Product and contribute to roadmap decisions
  • Find expansion opportunities by connecting Dispatch capabilities with customer requirements
  • Manage customer-base prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiations, and closing for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Grow Dispatch adoption across business units, regions, service lines, and provider networks
  • Create growth strategies and rank whitespace opportunities by priority
  • Establish relationships with additional budget owners and members of buying centers
  • Use adoption, performance, and ROI evidence to strengthen expansion business cases
  • Oversee product pilots and proofs of value, turning successful outcomes into broader deployments
  • Maintain the expansion forecast in Salesforce while meeting retention and growth targets

Requirements

  • At least five years of Customer Success or Account Management experience at a SaaS or high-technology company serving large enterprise customers
  • Consulting or Professional Services experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience managing several accounts worth more than $250K ARR while owning renewal and retention goals
  • Demonstrated success delivering strong gross and net retention, including rescuing at-risk accounts and completing complex renewals
  • Proven ability to expand accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and adoption of additional products
  • Experience carrying an expansion or net revenue retention target
  • Experience managing the complete existing-customer sales cycle, from business-case creation and pricing negotiation through close
  • Commercial understanding of operations, P&L effects, and ROI
  • Comfort presenting to and advising senior leaders at Fortune 1000 companies
  • Working knowledge of software development processes
  • Proactive self-starter who can advance accounts with limited supervision
  • Experience in field service, home services, insurance, warranty, or service networks is a strong advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities
  • Consultative, inquisitive working style
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and executive presence
  • Ability to convert usage and performance data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
  • Effective project management and prioritization skills
  • High attention to detail with reliable deadline management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with Customer Success tools such as Salesforce and Pendo
