Description

  • Create, test, deploy, and maintain data structures, enterprise reports, dashboards, visualizations, analytical systems, and recurring performance reports
  • Examine contact center, IVR, digital, customer, and operational data to uncover trends, root causes, performance gaps, and automation or process-improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain reporting solutions with Power BI, SQL, Amazon QuickSight, Amazon CloudWatch, and other approved analytics platforms
  • Track core operational metrics and flag emerging issues involving call volume, containment, transfers, answer speed, abandonment, handle time, call drivers, and customer experience
  • Collaborate with operations, workforce management, IVR, automation, product, technology, data architecture, and governance teams to define business needs and practical data solutions
  • Investigate structured and unstructured data sources to understand system behavior, verify data quality, and broaden reporting and insight capabilities
  • Document code, reporting logic, metric definitions, source systems, data structures, and operational assumptions clearly
  • Act as a data steward for assigned subject areas by supporting data accuracy, availability, classification, and appropriate governance
  • Present analytical findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences and convert complex data into actionable business recommendations

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in business, data, product, operations analytics, or a related analytical function
  • At least one year of experience querying complex datasets with SQL and conducting data analysis
  • At least one year of experience with analytical or programming languages such as Python, R, SAS, .NET, M, or DAX
  • Experience creating reports or data visualizations with Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence tools
  • Ability to handle large, complex datasets, validate analytical results, and communicate findings in a clear, business-oriented manner
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, follow established processes, learn technical concepts quickly, and collaborate effectively across functions
  • BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience, in computer science, statistics, analytics, operations research, economics, mathematics, business, or a related discipline
  • Preferred: Experience supporting contact centers, IVR, customer service, workforce management, digital servicing, insurance, or financial technology
  • Preferred: Experience with Amazon CloudWatch or comparable monitoring tools for detecting system, service, or operational anomalies
  • Preferred: Experience working in Agile environments alongside product, engineering, or technology teams
  • Preferred: Familiarity with data governance, metric definitions, data-quality validation, and documentation practices
  • Preferred: Interest in automation, self-service enhancements, and converting analytics into measurable business value
