- Coach factory teams in continuous improvement and Six Sigma practices.
- Analyze downtime data and verify production loss categories.
- Spot recurring issues and trends to guide improvement priorities.
- Investigate factory-floor problems to identify their root causes.
- Apply corrective actions to improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and process performance.
- Help operators stabilize production in real time.
- Work with maintenance, engineering, production teams, and IWG leads on improvement initiatives and project workstreams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus at least one year of experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching and developing in manufacturing, the military, or a related setting; alternatively, a high school diploma plus at least three years of relevant experience.
- Power BI or similar software experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of production machinery.
- Experience troubleshooting equipment and process failures.
