Tavsif

  • Coach factory teams in continuous improvement and Six Sigma practices.
  • Analyze downtime data and verify production loss categories.
  • Spot recurring issues and trends to guide improvement priorities.
  • Investigate factory-floor problems to identify their root causes.
  • Apply corrective actions to improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and process performance.
  • Help operators stabilize production in real time.
  • Work with maintenance, engineering, production teams, and IWG leads on improvement initiatives and project workstreams.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree plus at least one year of experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching and developing in manufacturing, the military, or a related setting; alternatively, a high school diploma plus at least three years of relevant experience.
  • Power BI or similar software experience is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of production machinery.
  • Experience troubleshooting equipment and process failures.
