Client Support Executive - Benchmark Capital (Winchester Hybrid)

Provide client, administrative and compliance support to financial planners, paraplanners and clients at Benchmark Capital. This full-time hybrid role is based in Winchester and supports financial planning operations.

Description

  • Assist Financial Planners in preparing and delivering virtual and in-person client meetings
  • Compile meeting packs, annual review reports, risk questionnaires and other client materials
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients regarding administrative queries
  • Support new client onboarding through welcome packs, portal setup and compliance checks
  • Process applications and keep client information accurate in Enable CRM
  • Track applications, transfers and communications from product providers
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and providers
  • Prepare client review reports and process adviser charging instructions
  • Check investment details and valuation information for accuracy
  • Process incoming post and answer telephone enquiries
  • Prepare and issue letters of authority to providers and ceding schemes
  • Carry out electronic anti-money laundering checks
  • Keep records compliant with FCA requirements and ensure client files remain audit-ready
  • Source quotations, illustrations and relevant product research
  • Help compile cashflow planning information and recommendation reports
  • Prepare suitability reports, fund switches, top-ups and review communications
  • Create costs and charges disclosures using FE Analytics
  • Administer electronic signatures through Adobe Sign
  • Keep clients proactively informed about progress throughout the advice process

Requirements

  • Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, financial planning or client support and administration
  • Strong organisational ability with proven capacity to balance multiple priorities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborative working style with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for developing new skills
  • Basic knowledge of FCA regulation and Treating Customers Fairly principles
  • Genuine interest in financial planning and wealth management
  • Progress toward, or willingness to pursue, the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
