Description
- Lead call center operations focused on commercial campaigns
- Implement and monitor strategies that support effective operational performance
- Supervise team activities against established objectives
- Ensure operational metrics are achieved
- Deliver exceptional service to end customers
- Interact with customers in Brazil
Requirements
- Technical, technologist, or professional qualification
- At least one year of experience as a Call Center Operations Supervisor, specifically in commercial campaigns
- Advanced (C1) or native Portuguese, required for interacting with customers in Brazil
- Residence in Bogotá or Medellín
- Availability for rotating Monday-to-Friday shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
- Availability to work on public holidays
