Senior Administrative Support Assistant - Hybrid
Support Navy Federal Credit Union’s Collections division through team coordination, records management, reporting, correspondence, and employee training.
विवरण
- Support administrative operations for the Collections division
- Help management coordinate and deliver team assignments
- Track team progress and support timely completion of deadlines
- Process financial records, member information, and physical security matters in line with established policies
- Log, organize, and document incoming and returned mail
- Communicate procedural updates and new instructions to team members
- Deliver the Administrative Support Overview during new-hire training sessions
- Provide employee training as assigned by management
- Gather feedback and recommendations on existing processes and policies
- Respond to team questions about daily operations, policies, and procedures
- Maintain and revise the Administrative Section policy and procedure manual
- Keep reports, telephone lists, and staff rosters current
- Coordinate loan adjustment sequences with Collections Consumer Loan Account Specialists
- Draft correspondence, data summaries, reports, and presentations; proofread materials and suggest revisions
- Record minutes for section meetings
- Represent management in meetings and discussions or lead them when assigned
- Support or lead special projects and management research, including system testing and data collection and analysis
- Retrieve and route after-hours voicemail messages for the Collections division
- Coordinate communication between administrative staff and management
- Help develop the soft and technical skills of new and current employees
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned

- Customer service experience, preferably within a financial institution
- Experience leading, guiding, or mentoring colleagues
