आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a technical degree in chemistry or chemical engineering is strongly preferred.
  • At least five years of direct territory sales experience.
  • Three to five years of laboratory experience in formulations or application testing is preferred.
  • Chemical industry experience is required; performance chemicals experience is a plus.
  • Product-line experience with defoamers, wetting agents, thickeners and dispersants, wax dispersions or micronized waxes, and construction powder additives is preferred.
  • Experience serving coatings, adhesives, inks, building, and construction markets.
  • Must live in the Mid-Atlantic region; the Philadelphia area is preferred.
  • Able to spend 60% of time in the field, visiting customers three days per week, with overnight travel of up to two weeks per month.
  • Able to close sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
