Remote Customer Service Representative – Specialty Pharmacy
Provide remote customer service for Accredo specialty pharmacy patients by managing high-volume calls, resolving concerns empathetically, and documenting every interaction in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
विवरण
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume call center
- Use defined workflows and follow scheduled call-handling expectations
- Resolve patient concerns with empathy while staying within established procedures
- Record interactions in real time while protecting patient privacy and meeting HIPAA standards
- Complete and actively participate in paid virtual training
- Achieve monthly performance targets
- Participate in ongoing learning and incorporate feedback
- Manage consecutive calls throughout the assigned shift
- Help patients access specialty pharmacy services and critical therapies
आवश्यकताएँ
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- No prior experience is required; healthcare customer service call center experience is strongly preferred
- Perform effectively in a structured, high-volume work environment
- Apply strong problem-solving and real-time decision-making abilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and conversation
- Use Microsoft Office proficiently and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Attend all training sessions and maintain reliable attendance during the first 90 days
- Maintain a distraction-free workspace at home
- Use a wired Ethernet connection; Wi-Fi, mobile, and hotspot connections are not accepted
- Have cable broadband or fiber internet with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- Protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
