  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume call center
  • Use defined workflows and follow scheduled call-handling expectations
  • Resolve patient concerns with empathy while staying within established procedures
  • Record interactions in real time while protecting patient privacy and meeting HIPAA standards
  • Complete and actively participate in paid virtual training
  • Achieve monthly performance targets
  • Participate in ongoing learning and incorporate feedback
  • Manage consecutive calls throughout the assigned shift
  • Help patients access specialty pharmacy services and critical therapies

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • No prior experience is required; healthcare customer service call center experience is strongly preferred
  • Perform effectively in a structured, high-volume work environment
  • Apply strong problem-solving and real-time decision-making abilities
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and conversation
  • Use Microsoft Office proficiently and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Attend all training sessions and maintain reliable attendance during the first 90 days
  • Maintain a distraction-free workspace at home
  • Use a wired Ethernet connection; Wi-Fi, mobile, and hotspot connections are not accepted
  • Have cable broadband or fiber internet with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
  • Protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
