- Handle phone support and follow up on unresolved issues
आवश्यकताएँ
- German proficiency at B2–C1 level
- Experience in customer service and phone support
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented manner
- Reliable, organized approach to work
- Experience with Freshdesk or a similar ticketing system is an advantage
