  • Deliver customer support through relevant communication channels.
  • Assess customer needs and investigate existing issues to find solutions.
  • Resolve customer confusion and work toward first-contact resolution.
  • Coordinate with service partners and internal teams to close cases in line with service standards.
  • Share feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and customer experience.
  • Follow established procedures to provide service that supports high customer satisfaction.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through attentive, proactive engagement.
  • Take on other duties assigned by management within the employment category and support the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • A diploma or higher qualification in any field, including an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s, postgraduate, professional, or master’s degree.
  • Around two years of experience in a related field is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong time-management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to multitask and use customer-provided information to tailor responses and actions to individual needs.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and effective phone etiquette in pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation.
  • Comfort using computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn new ones.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, as well as proficiency in the language of the supported market.
