  • Manage lower-complexity litigation matters from intake through trial and appeal, with senior lawyer guidance.
  • Develop litigation and negotiation capabilities.
  • Research legal issues and prepare persuasive written work and presentations.
  • Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery materials, and other case documents under experienced counsel’s supervision.
  • Attend court proceedings, depositions, and other case-related appointments.
  • Analyze cases and recommend file-handling strategies to insured clients and claim partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and business partners.
  • Use technology, case-management platforms, and automation tools.
  • Travel as needed to meet business requirements.
  • Carry out other assigned duties.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bring 1–3 years of experience practicing law in litigation.
  • Demonstrate persuasive legal writing and oral advocacy.
  • Use legal research resources and technology proficiently.
  • Build collaborative relationships with colleagues, customers, and business partners.
  • Communicate effectively and respond promptly with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Apply sound judgment and negotiate effectively.
  • Adapt to change and take on new challenges.
  • Hold a Juris Doctor or equivalent international law degree.
  • Graduate from an accredited law school.
  • Maintain an active law license in good standing in each state where representation is required.
  • Be able to attend case-related events regularly and arrange transportation to them.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license where required by location.
