Bilingual Collections Specialist - Mexico and Colombia
Work remotely as a bilingual collections specialist supporting customers in Mexico and Colombia. Manage collection calls, payment negotiations, account follow-up, and compliance in a performance-focused team.

- Conduct inbound and outbound collections calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Negotiate payment plans and work toward resolving overdue accounts
- Maintain regular follow-up communications with customers
- Record account interactions and status updates accurately
- Follow FDCPA requirements and applicable collections regulations
- Achieve and surpass individual and team performance targets
- Remain professional and composed during difficult customer conversations
- Complete the resume and prescreen questionnaire review, one-way video interview, live interview, and final interview stages
आवश्यकताएँ
- Prior BPO collections experience is required
- Experience with third-party collections is strongly preferred
- Solid knowledge of FDCPA requirements and collections compliance regulations
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Fluent Spanish communication skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Goal-focused approach with the ability to achieve performance targets
- Prior remote or work-from-home experience is preferred
- Permanent residence in Mexico or Colombia is required
