Onsite Customer Service Agent

Provide customer support for warehouse orders, shipments, inventory, and service issues at DSV, a global transport and logistics company. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams while helping improve customer satisfaction.

Tavsif

  • Handle customer questions by phone, email, and in person
  • Share updates on orders, inventory, and shipping timelines
  • Investigate and resolve complaints, discrepancies, and other customer concerns
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Support order placement, shipment tracking, returns, and exchanges
  • Enter orders accurately and confirm fulfillment against customer requirements
  • Keep complete records of customer contacts, transactions, and inquiries
  • Prepare reports summarizing customer service activity and performance metrics
  • Determine the underlying causes of recurring customer issues and develop preventive measures
  • Anticipate potential problems and address them to support a smooth customer experience
  • Build knowledge of DSV warehouse services, capabilities, and offerings
  • Explain product features, benefits, and value to customers
  • Coordinate customer requests with warehouse operations, logistics, and sales
  • Share customer feedback and insights to support ongoing improvements
  • Build lasting customer relationships by delivering service that exceeds expectations
  • Gather customer feedback and use it to improve satisfaction

Talablar

  • Some college coursework or a degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field is preferred
  • Two to three years of customer service experience, ideally in transportation, logistics, or warehousing
  • Experience with warehouse management systems or customer relationship management software is advantageous
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and customer communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and organize time in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Careful, accurate data entry and record-keeping skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Prior warehouse or logistics operations experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of transportation and supply chain concepts is preferred
  • Customer service certification or related training is preferred
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including WMS and CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other business software
