Customer Success Manager – Multiplier Experience (Philippines Remote)
Manage onboarding, retention, renewals, and account health for Australian customers from a remote role in the Philippines. Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and Operations to deliver strong customer outcomes.
Tavsif
- Build and sustain customer relationships throughout the full customer lifecycle
- Lead onboarding and guide customers from implementation into ongoing support
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts
- Monitor engagement, satisfaction, and overall account health
- Identify and resolve customer concerns, risks, and potential churn proactively
- Respond to customer questions, issues, and escalations promptly and professionally
- Run regular customer check-ins and follow-up activities
- Contribute to customer retention and renewal efforts
- Find ways to strengthen the customer experience and increase product adoption
- Coordinate with Sales, Support, Product, and Operations to resolve customer issues
- Keep customer records, notes, and activities accurate in CRM systems
- Measure and report customer success metrics and account performance
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with internal teams
Talablar
- At least three years of experience in Customer Success, Client Success, Account Management, or a comparable customer-facing position
- Practical experience using Multiplier
- Strong background managing customer relationships and accounts
- Demonstrated experience with onboarding, retention, and renewals
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organized with careful attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM and customer management platforms
- Able to work independently in a remote setting
- Available to work Australian business hours
- Experience with Monday.com CRM and reporting tools
- Background supporting Australian customers or businesses
- Experience overseeing multiple customer accounts
