  • Assess clients’ existing business processes and recommend future-state solutions.
  • Identify performance gaps and propose strategic roadmaps and high-level implementation plans.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs and industry practices into scalable technical solutions.
  • Create new business processes and improve existing operational workflows.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to client stakeholders and executive leaders.
  • Build Oracle applications, including dashboards, visualizations, and semantic and data models.
  • Architect enterprise analytics solutions using OAC, FDI, ADW, OTBI, and BIP.
  • Create enterprise data sources and reusable reporting assets.
  • Develop and maintain ETL and data integration processes with ODI and related technologies.
  • Implement security models and data governance standards in Oracle analytics environments.
  • Set practices, standards, and implementation methods for Oracle analytics and data platforms.
  • Keep up with developments in analytics, cloud data architecture, and Oracle technologies.
  • Contribute to Peloton’s methodologies, processes, and intellectual property.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on client-facing projects.
  • Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge across the practice.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, management information systems, or a related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience implementing Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), and/or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
  • 1–2 years of hands-on implementation experience with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
  • 1–2 years of hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher (BIP).
  • Experience conducting complex data analysis and presenting insights to business stakeholders and executives.
  • Strong grasp of enterprise analytics architecture, data modeling, and reporting practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-focused consulting environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced client setting.
