Opis

  • Act as a main contact for clients.

Zahteve

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least six months of customer service experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Type at least 25 words per minute.
  • Comfort using desktop computer systems.
  • General familiarity with Windows-based systems.
  • Customer service or sales experience is preferred.
  • A college degree is preferred but not required.
  • Follow established procedures.
  • Work effectively with teammates, supervisors, and support departments.
  • Strong communication, listening, and analytical abilities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Work a structured schedule that may include varied shifts.
