Support DATAMARK customers by handling inquiries and complaints through phone, email, and chat. Communicate in English and Spanish.

- Share accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively
- Keep customer records accurate and current
- Update customer account details as needed
- Refer complex cases to the appropriate team or department

- Assist customers in both English and Spanish
Zahteve
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Careful attention to detail and accuracy
