Support DATAMARK customers by handling inquiries and complaints through phone, email, and chat. Communicate in English and Spanish.

Prasības
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Careful attention to detail and accuracy
- Intel Core i5 (8th generation or later) or Ryzen 5 (3000 series or later), with at least 4 cores and 8 threads
- 8–16 GB of RAM
- SSD with at least 256 GB of storage
