Descriere
- Act as the embedded enablement partner for Client Services
- Develop trusted partnerships with practice leaders and segment managers
- Represent Client Services priorities in Field Effectiveness and GTM Strategy & Operations forums
- Lead field communications and training across product and industry knowledge, processes and methodologies, and professional skills
- Create and deliver workshops, live instruction, asynchronous learning, and certifications with subject matter experts
- Manage onboarding and ongoing development programs from end to end
- Collaborate with Learning and Skills on ramp plans, milestones, role cards, skills evaluations, and certifications
- Demonstrate AI-native ways of working
- Increase adoption of Intapp Celeste and AI-supported delivery across projects, client communications, and knowledge management
- Embed manager reinforcement into each enablement program
- Track effects on time to billability, time to go-live, delivery quality, and CSAT/tNPS
- Use field feedback to strengthen and standardize programs
Cerințe
- At least five years of experience in professional services, consulting, or implementation, including direct experience within a delivery organization
- At least two years in enablement, field effectiveness, or learning roles serving Client Services or technical field audiences
- Skill in turning complex delivery methodologies into clear training and practical field content
- Experience in or alongside a vertical SaaS or enterprise software organization is preferred
- Working knowledge of delivery organization operations
- Curious, self-directed, and motivated to learn
- Willingness to work hands-on

- Able to establish credibility with practitioners
