Descriere

  • Lead demand generation across SEO, generative engine optimization, paid acquisition, and LinkedIn account-based marketing.
  • Manage owned media, including the blog and YouTube channel, and shape the company’s positioning and brand.
  • Run live marketing channels through monthly webinars, podcast hosting, guest appearances, and industry events.
  • Develop YouTube playbooks, process guides, and case studies.
  • Represent the brand at several industry events each year.
  • Improve inbound calls, ideal customer profile fit, marketing acquisition costs, qualified opportunities, and pipeline revenue.
  • Use AI agents and agent chains to deliver and automate marketing work.
  • Partner closely with the President and report to them.
  • Review active marketing channels and design agent workflows to improve their performance.

Cerințe

  • At least five years of hands-on marketing work as an individual contributor.
  • Marketing experience at an agency, professional services firm, or B2B company selling to marketing buyers.
  • Use Codex or Claude Code as a primary workspace.
  • Experience creating agent chains that deliver real work and using personal AI agents in daily tasks.
  • Practical experience with SEO, generative engine optimization, and paid acquisition, including keyword research, prompt-and-answer engineering, campaign setup, ad copy, landing pages, and reporting.
  • Willingness and experience to regularly host webinars, appear on podcasts, produce YouTube videos, or speak at industry events.
  • Experience owning a measurable pipeline target, including qualified opportunities, cost per opportunity, and pipeline revenue.
  • Choose individual contributor work and have no interest in managing people.
  • At least two years in each of your two most recent roles.
  • Ability to work with LinkedIn account-based marketing, HubSpot Enterprise, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
