OrderYOYO is hiring a part-time hybrid Customer Support Agent in Manchester to assist restaurant partners through chat, phone, and email. The role covers account and invoice queries, issue resolution, SLA performance, and reactive upselling.
Descriere
- Provide inbound support through chat, phone, and email while meeting SLA targets
- Assist Restaurant Partners with account changes, complaints, and account updates
- Investigate and resolve invoice-related queries
- Manage customer issues from initial contact through final resolution
- Collaborate with other departments on complex customer issues
- Recognize reactive upsell opportunities during customer calls
Cerințe
- Experience or capability in providing customer support across chat, phone, and email
- Ability to consistently meet SLA targets
- Ability to manage Restaurant Partner account changes, complaints, and updates
- Ability to investigate and resolve invoice-related questions
- Availability for scheduled shifts Monday through Sunday between 9:00am and 11:00pm
- Availability to work 3–4 shifts per week
- Ability to work early weekday shifts in the office, late weekday shifts from home, and weekend shifts from home
- Ability to recognize reactive upselling opportunities during calls
Beneficii
- Commission is available for reactive upsells completed during calls
- Annual performance bonus of up to £3,000, subject to performance
- Hybrid schedule with early weekday office shifts, late weekday home shifts, and weekend home shifts
