Descriere

  • Assist customers through relevant communication channels.
  • Understand customer needs, investigate issues, and offer suitable solutions.
  • Aim to resolve cases on first contact and follow up with service partners and internal teams through closure.
  • Share feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and customer experience.
  • Follow service procedures to support customer satisfaction.
  • Build lasting customer relationships and work to exceed expectations.
  • Handle other duties assigned by management within the employment category and support TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Cerințe

  • Diploma or higher qualification in any field, including advanced, graduate, postgraduate, professional, bachelor’s, or master’s degrees.
  • Related work experience is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to multitask and tailor responses and actions to customers’ stated needs.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional phone etiquette.
  • Comfort using computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn new ones.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, plus the language of the market supported.
