Inside Sales Support Representative - The Home Depot (Remote, Pennsylvania)

Support The Home Depot’s managed account growth through virtual quoting, order processing, customer issue resolution, and project coordination. Work with Outside Sales Representatives and vendors to deliver effective customer solutions.

Descriere

  • Help Outside Sales Representatives expand and manage assigned account portfolios
  • Provide consultative assistance while building lasting customer relationships
  • Prepare accurate, complete quotes and sales orders within required timeframes
  • Address customer issues and provide follow-up throughout each project’s lifecycle
  • Work with customer relationship management and telephony platforms
  • Encourage repeat business through service, quoting, sourcing, project ownership, and account management
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on quotes, pricing, product availability, and issue resolution
  • Manage projects from initiation through completion with managed account customers as the priority
  • Support internal and external customers with issue resolution, post-sale follow-up, invoice delivery, and quote requests
  • Report to a supervisor

Cerințe

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated project management ability
  • Ability to negotiate, manage complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with internal and external customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior customer service or retail sales experience, specifically in home improvement trades
  • Knowledge of local building codes relevant to home improvement
  • Consultative, growth-oriented approach with the ability to respond quickly to internal and external customer needs
  • In-depth knowledge of retail systems, including Showroom Point of Sale-Orange Pay, Order Up, My Custom Designs, Volume Pricing Program, Quote Center, Pro Xtra, Credit Services Center, and the Appliance Ordering System
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of work experience
