Descriere

  • Deliver high-quality customer support through all applicable communication channels.
  • Assess customer needs, investigate existing issues, and provide clear, practical solutions.
  • Drive first-contact resolution and follow up with service partners and internal teams until cases are closed in line with service standards.
  • Share actionable feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and customer experiences.
  • Follow established procedures to deliver consistent service and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Develop lasting customer relationships by providing attentive, proactive support.
  • Complete other management-assigned duties within the employment category and contribute to the effective operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX's Quality Management System.

Cerințe

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any field.
  • Two years of relevant experience is preferred, while fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong time-management skills and a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use customer information to tailor responses and actions to individual needs.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional phone etiquette in pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation.
  • Comfort using computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new platforms.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication, plus proficiency in the language of the supported market.
