Descriere

  • Retain commercial and industrial waste service customers across an assigned territory.
  • Use inbound and outbound calls to support smaller, less complex commercial and industrial accounts.
  • Expand customer relationships by selling Republic Services’ full range of products.
  • Stay current on available services, business lines, pricing structures, and offers.
  • Renew contracts to extend customer relationships and improve profitability.
  • Handle cancellation requests according to established escalation procedures.
  • Support company pricing initiatives through customer communications and responses.
  • Use Salesforce each day to schedule and record calls, meetings, and proposals.
  • Record customer emails and help limit rate restrictions and customer credits.
  • Review retention work, goal progress, and key customer relationships with the Sales Manager regularly.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

Cerințe

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Zero to two years of customer service experience required.
  • Waste or transportation industry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of available services, business lines, pricing structures, and offers.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Ability to renew contracts and respond to cancellation requests.
  • Ability to record customer emails and help limit rate restrictions and customer credits.
  • Ability to work with commercial and industrial customers.
