- Retain commercial and industrial waste service customers across an assigned territory.
- Use inbound and outbound calls to support smaller, less complex commercial and industrial accounts.
- Expand customer relationships by selling Republic Services’ full range of products.
- Stay current on available services, business lines, pricing structures, and offers.
- Renew contracts to extend customer relationships and improve profitability.
- Handle cancellation requests according to established escalation procedures.
- Support company pricing initiatives through customer communications and responses.
- Use Salesforce each day to schedule and record calls, meetings, and proposals.
- Record customer emails and help limit rate restrictions and customer credits.
- Review retention work, goal progress, and key customer relationships with the Sales Manager regularly.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
आवश्यकताएँ
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Zero to two years of customer service experience required.
- Waste or transportation industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of available services, business lines, pricing structures, and offers.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Ability to renew contracts and respond to cancellation requests.
- Ability to record customer emails and help limit rate restrictions and customer credits.
- Ability to work with commercial and industrial customers.
