Descriere

  • Deliver high-quality customer support through all relevant communication channels.
  • Assess customer needs, clarify details, investigate issues, and provide suitable solutions or alternatives.
  • Resolve cases at first contact where possible and coordinate follow-up with service partners and internal teams through closure.
  • Share feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and customer experience.
  • Follow established procedures to deliver services that maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Develop lasting customer relationships by providing proactive, attentive support.
  • Complete additional duties assigned by management and contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Cerințe

  • A diploma or degree-level qualification in any field is required.
  • Related work experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong time-management skills and the drive to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use customer-provided information to tailor responses and actions.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, empathy, and professional phone etiquette, including appropriate pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation.
  • Comfort working with computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language of the supported market.
