Descriere

  • Lead international D2C eCommerce operations and develop a B2B platform.
  • Manage and improve the online shop’s product presentation, conversion rate, and user experience.
  • Shape global eCommerce strategy and support sales teams in Germany, the United States, and China.
  • Lead a team of two, with plans to expand it.
  • Grow performance campaigns for the online shop and Amazon with the performance marketing team and external agencies.
  • Track traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, and revenue, then identify ways to improve results.
  • Find and deliver automation and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Plan and oversee the eCommerce budget.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, IT, and Customer Service to keep eCommerce operations running smoothly.

Cerințe

  • Bring extensive experience managing eCommerce strategy and operations across online shops and marketplaces.
  • Offer strong Amazon D2C expertise; B2B experience is an advantage.
  • Have experience leading teams and supporting employees’ professional development.
  • Be confident managing performance marketing and external agencies.
  • Show strong customer focus and a practical, hands-on approach.
  • Bring excellent analytical skills, personal accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken German and English.
  • Hold a university degree in eCommerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field.
