- Manage and improve the online shop’s product presentation, conversion rate, and user experience.
- Shape global eCommerce strategy and support sales teams in Germany, the United States, and China.
- Lead a team of two, with plans to expand it.
- Grow performance campaigns for the online shop and Amazon with the performance marketing team and external agencies.
- Track traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, and revenue, then identify ways to improve results.
- Find and deliver automation and operational efficiency improvements.
- Plan and oversee the eCommerce budget.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, IT, and Customer Service to keep eCommerce operations running smoothly.

- Bring extensive experience managing eCommerce strategy and operations across online shops and marketplaces.
- Offer strong Amazon D2C expertise; B2B experience is an advantage.

- Be fluent in written and spoken German and English.
