Descriere

  • Own and improve backend services for onboarding, verification, activation, and the sign-up-to-purchase funnel.
  • Build event-driven, workflow-orchestrated systems that assess account states and trigger actions.
  • Integrate identity verification, KYB/KYC, and fraud and risk providers.
  • Keep integrations resilient, observable, and able to fail safely.
  • Use credit and payment data responsibly in personalization and reactivation.
  • Design and run experiments with guardrail metrics.
  • Use SQL and Snowflake or similar data warehouses for cohort and funnel analysis.
  • Investigate delays in activation, churn, and other funnel issues.
  • Define problems without established playbooks and develop solutions.
  • Use AI agents to speed up development and testing of funnel and lifecycle services.
  • Check AI-assisted analytical queries and generated results before using them.
  • Critically assess AI-generated messaging, reactivation copy, and churn-cause suggestions.
  • Work with Product, Data, and Risk in the Growth Pod.

Cerințe

  • 4–7 years of professional experience.
  • Strong backend product engineering background, likely with TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Experience owning production services that are critical to the user funnel.
  • Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and workflow orchestration.
  • Sound experimentation practices, including use of guardrail metrics and distinguishing genuine results from noise.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data warehouses such as Snowflake.
  • Ability to independently perform cohort and funnel analysis.
  • Comfort using AI agents to build and test software and to draft and review analytical work.
  • Good judgment in identifying subtle errors in AI-generated output.
  • Ability to work effectively amid ambiguity.
  • Practical ability to assess AI-generated copy, messaging, and root-cause suggestions.
  • Preferred: experience with identity verification, KYB/KYC, or fraud and risk providers.
  • Preferred: experience handling credit, payment, or sensitive financial data.
  • Preferred: experience in a high-growth marketplace or fintech environment.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Temporal, AWS Step Functions, Kafka, or similar tools.
  • Submit a CV in English.
