  • Advise the CEO and leadership team as the senior people leader
  • Build workforce-planning capabilities and address critical talent and skills gaps
  • Shape organizational structure, spans and layers, role clarity, and operating-model decisions
  • Direct organizational change and workforce transitions
  • Set talent acquisition strategy and cultivate external talent networks
  • Own onboarding and accelerate new-hire ramp-up
  • Define the performance-management philosophy and process
  • Coach managers on performance discussions, rewards, and underperformance
  • Assess training needs to identify capability gaps
  • Create scalable career-development paths
  • Lead the annual compensation cycle and global compensation framework
  • Oversee benefits in partnership with the CFO
  • Strengthen culture, track engagement and organizational health, and guide leaders through employee matters and investigations
  • Direct HR operations, payroll, benefits administration, HRIS strategy, data integrity, compliance, and people metrics
  • Work with Finance on headcount planning and workforce costs
  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR team
  • Manage the HR budget and people-investment decisions
  • Help shape company strategy as part of the executive leadership team

Талаптар

  • Substantial, progressive HR leadership experience, including service as the top HR leader or a senior HR executive with broad functional ownership
  • Experience in a growth-stage B2B SaaS, technology, or data organization, preferably a startup, scale-up, or private-equity-backed company
  • Proven expertise in strategic workforce planning and organizational design
  • Extensive talent acquisition experience, including hiring senior and difficult-to-source professionals
  • Demonstrated success coaching executives and senior leaders
  • Strong employee-relations and performance-management experience covering improvement plans, investigations, restructurings, and separations
  • Experience leading compensation planning and developing compensation structures
  • Experience overseeing benefits with disciplined cost management
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms
  • Hands-on Rippling experience is strongly preferred
  • M&A or post-acquisition integration experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is preferred
  • Candidates must satisfy applicable in-country work authorization requirements
  • Supplier.io cannot sponsor work visas for US positions
